Job description

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Sr. Employee Relations Manager to independently manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and advise managers, HR Partners, and leaders on performance, leaves, accommodations, and separations.

This role partners with Legal and HR stakeholders to strengthen employee relations practices, supports audits and reporting, and helps educate managers to ensure compliant, fair employment actions across the organization.
