Job description
RadNet is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead high‑risk investigations and advise leadership on corrective actions and risk mitigation. You will produce detailed reports and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HRBPs to ensure alignment with policy and federal/state laws.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in employee relations/investigations, with strong knowledge of multi‑state laws. Healthcare or shared‑services experience is a plus.
