Job description
Relativity is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to act as a strategic partner for HRBPs, leading complex investigations and high‑risk performance matters with sound judgment. You will collaborate with Legal and senior leadership to resolve issues swiftly, strengthen culture, and scale ER governance across regions, while building scalable processes, templates, and guidance for managers.
