Job description
Foundation Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to advise leaders and employees on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management. You will partner across Legal, People Team, and business units to mitigate risk and promote compliant, high-trust employment practices.
You will analyze case data, develop proactive policies, and support organizational change while safeguarding confidentiality and integrity of the employee experience.
