Job description
Chime seeks a Principal Employee Relations Partner to serve as the primary advisor for complex ER issues across the organization. The role reports into the People Partner team and collaborates with cross-functional teams to balance risk, compliance, and culture while ensuring a fair, inclusive employee experience.
