Job description
Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to guide employee relations across the organization. You will partner with leadership, HR Business Partners, and Legal to deliver a fair, consistent employee experience aligned with our values.
The role includes conducting investigations, analyzing trends, interpreting policies, and advising on resolutions, while supporting a remote-friendly environment with travel as needed (up to 25%).
