Job description
loanDepot is seeking a seasoned Employee Relations professional to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff, promoting a fair and respectful workplace while guiding investigations and policy adherence.
You will partner with HR, Legal and Compliance teams to resolve conflicts, coach leaders, and ensure compliance with employment laws across nationwide operations. Strong data interpretation and confidentiality are essential, as is experience in mortgage industry settings.
