Job description
Relativity is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex investigations and advise leaders on policy adherence. You will partner with Legal, HRBPs, and senior leadership to resolve issues fairly while strengthening culture as the company scales.
The role requires navigating multi-state employment law, documenting findings, and ensuring defensible outcomes. You will build scalable ER playbooks, coach managers, and provide real-time guidance in a global SaaS environment.
