Relativity in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex investigations, advise on performance management, and partner with Legal and HRBPs to align ER outcomes with business goals. This strategic IC role includes global policy interpretation, risk mitigation, governance, and strengthening culture as we scale.
You will coach managers, design scalable playbooks, and drive systemic improvements across regions and teams.
