Job description
Relativity is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to serve as trusted advisor and practitioner across complex workplace matters, with emphasis on consistent, defensible outcomes and thoughtful risk management. The Senior Employee Relations Specialist (Level 6) leads investigations end-to-end and partners with Legal, HRBPs, and leadership to strengthen our culture as we scale.
