Job description
One Medical is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own employer brand and recruitment marketing for One Medical Talent Acquisition. You’ll lead strategic and tactical initiatives to make One Medical a great place to work, attract clinical and non-clinical talent, and optimize the candidate experience.
You will manage marketing investments, collaborate with Finance, 3P, Legal, HR, and partners, and drive data-driven decisions with strong creative execution across global teams.
