Job Overview
A law firm seeks a senior employment attorney in Tampa, FL or Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employee rights matters, including workplace retaliation, discrimination, and whistleblower cases.
Duties
Lead and manage cases involving non-compete, non-solicit, and non-disclosure agreements.
Represent clients in trade secret disputes and employee rights matters.
Conduct evidentiary hearings and trials, with a preference for injunction hearing experience.
Collaborate within practice groups to ensure subject matter depth.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in civil litigation, ideally as a senior associate or junior partner.
Proven experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trials.
Strong academic credentials.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida or Georgia.
