Senior Employment Counsel — HR, Compliance & M&A

Job description

Premier is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel - Employment to provide strategic legal guidance to the HR organization and act as the primary legal resource for employment, benefits, vendor management, compliance, and related areas.

Under the General Counsel, you will handle complex matters independently, train teams on legal topics, and work with executives, regulators, and outside counsel. Travel 1–20% within the US is expected.
