Job description
CAPTRUST is seeking a full-time Corporate Counsel Employment to join our internal legal team in Raleigh, NC. You will provide business-focused legal advice on a broad range of employment matters, draft and negotiate agreements, and partner with HR and leadership to manage risk and compliance across multi-state matters.
You will advise on hiring, mobility, restrictive covenants, and employment-related due diligence in acquisitions, while staying current on federal and local employment laws.
