Job description
BDO USA is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to handle employment law matters, provide counsel and manage litigation in employment-related issues. The role includes advising on restrictive covenants, training HR, and coordinating with outside counsel to support firm clients.
Qualified candidates will have a JD with extensive experience in employment law, litigation, and compliance, and must be able to work with management across multiple departments.
