Job description
PayPal is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to lead the Americas Employment Law team, shaping employment strategy across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. You will partner with senior leaders in Legal, People, and Compliance to support PayPal's business objectives and drive organizational change while mitigating risk.
The role reports to the Senior Director, Employment Law – Head of Americas and requires strong negotiation, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration
