Job description
Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Employment Law & VCA to lead the North America Employment Law Center of Excellence and Deployment. This role partners with MVH senior leadership to provide strategic, practical legal guidance across regions and jurisdictions, while building a scalable CoE&D framework.
You'll manage a team of employment-law professionals, develop templates and playbooks, and train P&O and other functions.
