Job description
California Department of Justice, Employment Law Section, Deputy Attorney General IV in Alameda County, offers hybrid telework and permanent full-time status. You will independently handle complex civil employment cases, draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, prepare for trials, and handle administrative hearings before the State Personnel Board, defending agency actions.
