This opportunity offers seasoned attorneys the chance to work on a high-volume caseload involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations—all while maintaining a meaningful client impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Litigate complex employment cases through all phases of trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and opposition briefs
• Negotiate resolutions and settlements with opposing counsel
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitration
• Manage client communications and provide proactive case updates
• Support strategic legal planning for individual and class action matters
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Background in summary judgment, appeals, or class actions is a plus
• Commitment to client-focused advocacy and civil rights
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across legal teams
• Exceptional written, verbal, and courtroom communication skills
