MISO is seeking a Principal Power Systems Engineer (EMS) to lead critical modernization projects, support control rooms, and mentor junior engineers. You will help connect engineering and IT needs in a rapidly changing grid and present updates to leadership.
The role involves energy management system roadmaps, control room visualization, synchrophasor strategy, and simulation capabilities for training. Base pay ranges from $149,000 to $174,000 with a bonus option and comprehensive benefits.
