Job description
Sol Systems is seeking an exceptional General Counsel to serve as a strategic, executive leader reporting to the CEO. This role will oversee all legal matters, manage external counsel, lead the in-house team, and enhance legal processes across the organization.
The GC will support complex M&A, corporate, and financing transactions, disputes, and a broad range of company activities from infrastructure to asset management.
