Prioritize resources internally across the network or with suppliers to close gaps.

Manage projects with proper project management processes and metrics to supervise project success.

Initiate, develop, drive, and support strategies that benefit not only one site but the Micron network as a whole.

Identify and share BKM across sites and track compliance with agreed alignment.

Be responsible for fab performance metrics for benchmarking; identify gaps and improvement areas.

Partner with Technology Development and Global Procurement to drive suppliers' competitiveness in RDA and Metrology to reduce CapEx and OpEx.
