MissionHires is seeking a Senior Manager – Engineering Delivery in Reston, Virginia, to lead multiple engineering squads focused on high-quality delivery of complex Java-based platforms. The role requires a strong Java engineering background and proven experience in technical leadership and architecture.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years in software engineering, proven progression from Engineer to Delivery Leader, and experience in high-pressure consulting environments. A hands-on approach combined with excellent communication skills is essential.
