Job description
UCT in Fremont, CA is seeking a Sr Manager, Engineering to lead scalable manufacturing technology in semiconductor capital equipment. This role oversees design, integration, and optimization of high-volume processes, with emphasis on safety and quality.
You will manage engineering teams across Design, Equipment, Process, and R&D, drive NPI and CIP projects, and work with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
