Job description
Our client, an industry leader in agricultural products and services, is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Pay Range: $140,000 - $165,000
What's the Job?
Lead the delivery of complex capital projects supporting capacity expansion, modernization, safety, and reliability across facilities. Develop and execute Project Execution Plans (PEPs), schedules, and budgets in line with corporate governance standards. Coordinate engineering design development, reviews, and approvals to ensure constructability and compliance. Oversee construction, installation, and commissioning activities to ensure project deliverables meet operational requirements. Partner with operations, environmental, safety, and quality teams to ensure project success and regulatory compliance. What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline). 8–12+ years of experience managing capital or engineering projects in industrial, manufacturing, or food processing environments. Proven experience leading multimillion-dollar projects with strong project controls, budgeting, and scheduling skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in plant environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What's in it for me?
