Job description

Transforming The Way Construction Owners Use Technology & Data

The Senior Engineering Project Manager owns design change projects end-to-end for one of Avicado's largest data center accounts — from scoping through design development, execution, and post-execution. You'll manage large project budgets, drive cross-functional alignment across site teams, project leads, and client vendors, and keep fast-moving design changes from stalling. You’ll join a high-performance team where ownership, responsiveness, and clear communication are what keep projects on track.

You will love this job if…

You take full ownership of a project's scope and drive it from planning through execution with minimal oversight

You're relentless about hitting your deliverables and holding yourself to a high bar for performance.

You thrive managing multiple workstreams at once, staying alert and responsive across all of them.

You communicate proactively and clearly — with your team, site partners, and project leads — so nothing falls through the cracks.

You pick up new tools and technical context quickly, and you already use AI to work faster and smarter.
