Job description

Thermo Systems seeks a Senior Engineering Team Lead to build and manage a high-performing engineering team focused on control systems. The role blends leadership, organizational development, and hands-on technical guidance in limited measure.

You will recruit, mentor, and retain engineers, align tasks with project needs, and uphold quality standards. Travel up to 50% is required; offices include East Windsor, NJ and other U.S. locations.
