Job description
Skild AI in San Mateo is hiring a Business Development Lead to build and run the outbound prospecting engine for our autonomous mobile robot fleet. You will identify and engage enterprise opportunities across 3PLs, retailers, and e-commerce brands, creating pipeline for Account Executives.
You will report to the Global Commercial Director, own the outbound playbook, and work onsite five days a week. The role combines strategic outreach with hands-on execution to accelerate growth.
