Job description
ICW Group is seeking a Manager of Organizational Change Management to lead the people-side adoption for major initiatives. You will define and maintain the enterprise OCM methodology, engage with executives, manage readiness and adoption plans, and collaborate across HR, communications, training, and delivery teams.
Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, strategy development, training design, and measurement of adoption outcomes to sustain change after delivery.
