Job description
Pinsight is seeking an experienced Director of Client Success to lead the enterprise client experience for our leadership assessment platform. The role reports directly to the CEO and drives adoption, value realization, and renewals across a complex client base.
You will head a team of Implementation Managers, oversee complex enterprise implementations, and partner with HR leaders to embed Pinsight into talent processes.
