Job description
Bank of Hope is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead a team of contracts professionals in Los Angeles. You will draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and related agreements, ensuring compliance with FDIC and other regulatory standards.
You will develop templates, collaborate with risk, procurement, and business units, and guide senior leadership on contract rights and remedies. Strong writing, negotiation and cross-functional skills are essential.
