Job description
Mercor is seeking senior legal professionals to design enterprise evaluation tasks for AI systems used in Fortune 500 contexts. You will craft realistic enterprise scenarios, draft model-grade reference materials, and write rubrics that distinguish high-level reasoning from surface outputs.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in-house or equivalent AmLaw 100 experience, familiarity with CLM platforms, and JD with active bar admission.
