Job description
AHEAD seeks a senior Principal Observability & Reliability Architect to lead enterprise Dynatrace and observability strategy in the Intelligent Operations practice. You will guide clients, mature SRE practices, and own outcomes around reliability, cost, and adoption.
You will design multi-cloud observability architectures, mentor teams, and contribute to pre-sales content with governance models and accelerators. Strong Dynatrace certification and cloud monitoring experience are essential.
