Job description
Busey Bank is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager II to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. You will govern programs across business units, IT, risk, and compliance, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.
This role partners with the Director of Enterprise Planning to drive governance, controls, and continuous improvement, including M&A integration support and executive reporting.
