Job description
M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY is seeking an experienced senior software engineering leader to shape enterprise-wide software strategy and drive regulatory compliance across the SDLC. You will mentor engineers, design cloud-native patterns on AKS with Istio and Envoy, and apply policy-as-code (OPA) to secure services.
Role requires expertise in Java/Spring Boot and at least three programming languages, with strong Azure/AKS experience. Hybrid work model with four days onsite and one day remote weekly.
