Job description
Neara seeks a Senior Customer Value Partner to own the full relationship with enterprise accounts from pre-sale through post-go-live. You will be the strategic advisor to executives, shaping ROI commitments and value realization frameworks while guiding senior stakeholders across the lifecycle.
You will mentor junior CVPs, drive multi-year roadmaps, lead executive reviews, and govern four implementation touchpoints to ensure measurable business outcomes for key accounts.
