Job description
NES Fircroft seeks an experienced environmental professional for air permitting leadership in Houston, TX. The role focuses on complex permit development (Construction, Title V, Synthetic Minor) and multi-state compliance across CO, ND, NM, TX, and OK.
You will oversee emissions modeling, APENs, Title V certifications, and GHGRP submittals, while managing LDAR/OGI programs and ensuring SPCC/SWPPP compliance. Strong communication skills and Excel proficiency are essential for success.
