HDR is seeking a highly motivated Senior Environmental Planning Project Manager to expand CEQA & NEPA services in the Southern California area. This role collaborates across HDR’s Transportation, Resources, Water, BES, Architecture, and Federal groups to develop opportunities, manage projects, and mentor staff.
