Job description
Raytheon’s Naval Airborne Systems (NAS) seeks an EO/IR Principal Systems Engineer to provide SME-level electro‑optics/IR sensor expertise in support of multiple programs and IRAD efforts. The role resides in the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities Center within the Airborne Surveillance RF department, onsite in Plano, TX.
Key duties include guiding sensor design, developing mode algorithms, and performing detailed performance analyses with a small team of analysts.
