Job description
Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a Principal Epoxy Chemist to lead development of UV/light-stable epoxy technologies for outdoor applications, from concept to commercialization. The role emphasizes designing 1K/2K epoxy formulations, durability testing and IP generation in a global R&D setting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in UV-stable epoxy systems, strong polymer science background, and proven leadership in complex development programs.
