This role, based in New York City (open to remote), involves sourcing and negotiating lease structures across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of leasing experience and a strong network within the equipment finance ecosystem. The position offers a base salary range of $200,000–$300,000, exclusive of bonus and benefits, and a significant opportunity for growth and team development.
