Job description
Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking an experienced Vice President, Equity Operations to lead our client’s securities operations in Florida. You will oversee daily equity and P&S activities, manage the full trade lifecycle, and partner with Technology, Trading, Compliance, and Finance to drive improvements.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in broker-dealer equity operations, strong controls, and a track record of leadership and issue resolution.
