Job description
Relativity is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex ER and performance management cases end-to-end. You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure fair, defensible outcomes while supporting organizational health at scale.
You will advise on high‑risk performance and investigations, drive policy consistency globally, and help build scalable ER playbooks and tools for proactive risk mitigation.
