Job description
Relativity is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex ER and performance management cases end-to-end, partnering with Legal and HRBPs to ensure defensible, equitable outcomes across the organization.
In this remote/hybrid role, you will conduct investigations, advise on high‑risk performance matters, develop governance frameworks, and coach managers on fair, compliant people practices across multi-state and global operations.
