Job description
Relativity is seeking an Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex investigations and provide strategic ER guidance across the organization. You will partner with Legal, HRBPs, and senior leadership to ensure defensible, equitable outcomes while supporting culture as we scale.
The role focuses on risk mitigation, policy consistency across regions, and coaching managers to deliver fair, well-documented processes. Global ER experience is preferred.
