Job description
Lumelight is seeking a Senior ERISA & Benefits Compliance Consultant to lead complex regulatory initiatives for employer-sponsored benefit plans. This remote role can travel occasionally to client trainings and conferences.
You will provide expert guidance on ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and related federal/state requirements, mentor teammates, and deliver webinars and articles to help clients stay compliant in a dynamic regulatory landscape.
