Senior Escrow Officer
$60,000 to $80,000 a year

Every real estate closing has a moment where everything either comes together or falls apart. The Senior Escrow Officer is the person who makes sure it comes together. A trusted title and escrow company in Marysville, Washington needs a Senior Escrow Officer who knows Washington escrow law, can manage complex transactions with precision and keeps every buyer, seller, agent and lender informed and confident from open to post-close.
You will manage escrow transactions from opening through post-close, prepare and review settlement statements, deeds and title commitments, balance files, disburse funds and serve as the neutral liaison keeping every party aligned while maintaining full compliance with RESPA and Washington State law.
What you need to bring:
Washington State Limited Practice Officer license required
Experience managing real estate escrow transaction closings
Strong understanding of Washington escrow procedures and legal requirements
Familiarity with escrow software such as ResWare, SoftPro or similar preferred
Excellent attention to detail and regulatory compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
