Job description
The State Bar of Texas is seeking an experienced Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law Attorney to join our Sherman office. You will counsel clients and design estate plans, draft documents and analyze decedent estates.
Ideal candidates hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school and are admitted to the Texas Bar (or admitted within one year). An LLM or board certification in tax, estate planning, or elder law is helpful but not required. Must be committed to living in Sherman, TX.
