Must have an active bar license in any U.S. state and 3+ years of directly relevant experience in estate planning and taxable estates.

Job Description
Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans involving wills, trusts, and wealth transfer strategies.
Analyze taxable estates and identify opportunities for effective estate and tax planning.
Counsel clients regarding federal and state estate, gift, and related tax considerations.
Draft and review complex estate planning and tax documents.
Build trusted relationships with clients and provide clear, practical legal guidance.
Collaborate with attorneys, financial professionals, and other advisors on complex planning matters.
Manage multiple sophisticated matters independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Stay current on developments in estate, gift, trust, and tax law.
Qualifications
Active bar license in any U.S. state.
3+ years of estate planning experience.
3+ years of experience handling taxable estates and/or estate tax planning.
Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax concepts.
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
Ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters.
Strong judgment and a high level of professionalism.
