Job description
Grunley Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to work with the Director of Estimating on design-bid-build and design-build proposals. You will write scopes, perform takeoffs, and manage communication with subcontractors across Divisions 3-14.
The role requires at least seven years of estimating experience for a general contractor or subcontractor, plus proficiency in Excel, Word, and industry tools. Located in the DMV area, strong leadership and communication are essential.
